    When Tonic, was just Toni.
    A tenacious entrepreneur and champion of women, Toni founded Tonic after over a decade luxuriating client side, working with some of the world’s biggest premium and luxury brands on strategy, experiential, product launches, branding and resourcing. Tonic was founded from a frustration with traditional agency values and a belief that straight talking, no-nonsense marketing with the right people in the right doses was the future. Since then Toni and the Collective have grown into a truly unique, full-service agency, attracting some of the best brands, biggest brains (and nicest people) in the industry. Leading clients such as H.R. Owen, Legal & General Homes, Ferrari, Bentley, Aston Martin and Bugatti, Toni is a big picture thinker and visionary, not afraid to challenge the status quo.

    We didn’t realise we needed a Scarlett, until we met Scarlett. Now we believe every business should have a mandatory Scarlett because she is an absolute powerhouse of a team member and frankly, she keeps our show on the road.  

    A true industry enthusiast who has over 12 years’ experience consulting on and delivering award winning campaigns and events for the likes of Samsung, William Grant & Sons, M&S Food, BMW, Nestlé, NHS & HM Government to name a few. Scarlett is the very definition of ‘a people person’ and keeps client relationships and needs at the heart of every project she has a hand in, creating memorable and meaningful experiences with relentless attention to detail and a positive spirit. 

    Quite apart from Scarlett’s impressive corporate skillset, she has a background in musical theatre and is a qualified Yoga, Pranayama & Mantra teacher whilst also training in Yoga Therapy on the side. 

    In short, Scarlett’s diverse skillset is broad and varied and she brings passion and creativity to all she turns her hand to. At Tonic, apart from being our in-house yoga teacher, Scarlett oversees the delivery of all client services in our fast-expanding team, owning and delivering end to end campaigns and projects whilst keeping the ship steady and the crew content, which is no mean feat.

    A senior marketer, expert problem solver and cool cucumber of the business, Annlouise (Al) is a marketing professional of the highest calibre. With more than two decades under her belt heading up Experiential teams Al has worked with some of the world’s biggest blue-chip brands, although she isn’t one to brag. Leading clients such as NESCAFÉ, Savill’s, Lamborghini and Maserati. It’s Al’s personal mission to generate excellent work and have fun doing it… and to set up a remote Tonic office in the Tuscan Hills powered by Aperol.

    list queen coffee enthusiast – slow but steady runner 

    Don’t mistake Rosy’s calm demeanour for that of a shrinking violet. Rosy makes things happen and she does so with buckets of determination and a big smile. 

    With a strong background in HR and recruitment, Rosy is a proactive and dedicated campaigns coordinator with experience of managing teams and motivating and supporting her peers at all levels. Terribly organised and a list aficionado, Rosy gets stuck into all project disciplines and works with the whole directorship at Tonic, only adding to her diverse and invaluable skill set. 

    Rosy loves a challenge and no matter what we throw at her, she picks it up, runs with it and sees it through to the end with grit and determination (followed by a celebratory glass of fizz).

    Most importantly though, Rosy is a true team player and an essential and integral part of the Tonic team. Anyone fortunate enough to work with Rosy, knows it too.

    Ideas generator – stays up too late – car obsessive

    A creative thinker who always has an eye on commercial focus, Paul is a results-driven PR professional and experienced salesperson. Having enjoyed a 25+ year career in revenue-focused publishing, digital communities, brand consultancy and PR he brings with him vast knowledge of the automotive and luxury sector, a wealth of business experience and an extensive contact book.

    Past experience includes developing Europe’s largest digital motoring community, Managing Director of Europe’s leading high net worth classic car publication, directing one of London’s leading Automotive and Luxury PR agencies and launching many award-winning PR campaigns.

    Cares about the broad strokes and fine details in equal measure – altruistic – enjoys walkies.

    Branding and beautiful design are his bread and butter. Andy’s strong work ethic and personable approach to business has helped him maintain strong business relationships for over two decades.

    His client base is varied; from multinational investment companies, international law firms, communications companies, to bespoke lighting and pottery makers.

    Along the way Andy has become the embodiment of altruism by maintaining strong links with Drive Forward Foundation, a charity that helps young care-experienced people get work experience and job opportunities, as well as championing apprenticeship schemes.

    Ambitious, adventurous and kind in all that he does, Andy enjoys exploring the great outdoors, both on foot and bike with Bruce, his German Short-haired Pointer (that’s his dog).

    Harriette is quietly, kind of a big deal. Quietly, because Harriette isn’t one to shout about her buckets of experience, she simply gets the job done, efficiently, excellently, without fuss and always with her signature infectious positivity. 

    An award-winning event manager with over ten years’ experience working up-to director level, Harriette has delivered large scale campaigns with well-known brands across pharmaceuticals, finance, and technology. 

    As a core part of our delivery team, Harriette ‘brings people with her’ through her warm demeanour and can-do attitude which is great asset when mobilising multiple stakeholders across numerous buildings and sites as part of our placemaking work. 

    Apart from her impressive corporate background, Harriette is passionate about integrating wellbeing into events where she can, whether that’s a breathwork class, mindful walk, or a creative workshop. Harriet applies all these skills and passions to everything she does at Tonic, much to the appreciation of all those lucky enough to work with her.

    Determined – occasionally a tad impatient – real ale enthusiast

    Heading up all thing’s numerical, Shon keeps the directorship in check, reminds us not to neglect the figures, educates us in Welsh pronunciation and is an all-round lovely chap. As a certified accountant with special interests in business tax and business development Shon has saved the bacon for us and our clients on complicated international work on more than one occasion.

    OCD – OCD – passionate family man

    Starting out in Agency life when ‘lines’ were defining everything (above, below, integrated..really! “why didn’t we have a squiggle” he’d say?) James has always been one to challenge convention. He’s spent the past 25 or so years as a through and through Agency man, with the past 12 at the helm, and as a shareholder, of ‘Energy’, an Experiential Agency based in Covent Garden. As a Classic Car lover, it’s no surprise he has delivered international events, launches, roadshows, parties and conferences for almost every car brand there is. James, for those who have worked with him, know the ‘O’ in OCD stands for ‘Oh, so I see that’s not straight’! With an extraordinary eye for detail, a passion for everything he does whether in the office or at home with his family, and a drive to make the impossible possible; James is one man you’d want at your side.

Our story.

Having spent their client-side and agency careers in marketing, events, brand and strategy for blue chip companies, luxury brands and automotive dealer groups, founding directors Toni Sealey and Annlouise Jenkins initially set up Tonic to disrupt the luxury brand marketing agency model and provide a more flexible, high quality and bespoke service to clients.

Using their extensive networks, Toni and Annlouise have since cherry-picked a team of directors to help them grow the business expanding into other sectors and disciplines.

Tonic Collective today is a formidable team of experts across brand, events, digital, content marketing, media, PR and creative design and CRM. A highly skilled and experienced team that punches well above its weight in providing meaningful customer experiences and driving up sales.
